The Adams Farm Homeowners' Association is a Utah nonprofit corporation established under the recorded Declaration. Bylaws are attached to the CCRs as Exhibit C.

Adams Farm Subdivision Phase 1 is a 24.82-acre community in unincorporated Iron County, located along 3500 & 3550 North Street between 2150 West and 2300 West. The subdivision borders Monarch Meadows Subdivision to the north, with the Stevensville Ditch forming the eastern boundary.
Adams Farm is intended to grow over time into a master-planned community of approximately 225 residential dwellings across multiple phases in unincorporated Iron County, with additional phases planned in incorporated Cedar City.
